We typically review applications within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting, and our team will reach out if we need any additional information.
After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation email right away. Our team will review your application and may contact you for additional details. Once approved, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to create your partner account and set up your profile.
If your application isn't approved, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete information or operating outside our current service areas. You're welcome to reapply after 30 days with updated details.
Each application should be for one provider type. If you operate a dive shop and also work independently, we recommend applying as a dive shop first, as it includes more features. Contact us at support@divepass.app if you need guidance.
We may ask for your business license or registration (for dive shops), dive certifications (PADI, SSI, NAUI, etc.), and proof of insurance. Requirements vary by provider type and location. We'll let you know exactly what's needed during the review process.
Document verification typically takes 3-5 business days after you upload your credentials. We'll notify you by email once your profile is verified and live on the platform.
Your profile should include a business description (in English and Spanish), photos of your shop or services, a list of services you offer, your operating hours, location details, and contact information. A complete profile helps divers find and choose your business.
DivePass gives you a professional profile visible to divers planning trips to your destination, tools to showcase your services and dive sites, and a partner dashboard with insights into your profile's performance. Our online booking system is coming soon and will let divers book directly through the app.
Our booking system is currently in development and coming soon. Once launched, divers will be able to browse your available services, select dates, and book directly through DivePass. You'll have full control over your availability, pricing, and booking policies. We'll notify all partners when this feature goes live.
Yes! When our booking system launches (coming soon), you'll have full control over your availability calendar, including setting blackout dates, managing capacity, and customizing time slots for different services.
Yes. Your partner dashboard provides insights including profile views, inquiry metrics, and how divers discover your business. We're continuously adding more analytics features to help you grow.
Yes! Joining DivePass is completely free during our beta period. There are no sign-up fees or monthly subscriptions to create your partner profile and get listed on the platform.
Our commission structure will be introduced alongside our booking system, which is coming soon. We'll share full details with all partners before the feature launches so you can plan accordingly. During the beta period, there are no fees.
Payout details will be announced when our booking system launches (coming soon). We're designing a transparent and timely payout process. All partners will be informed of the payment terms and schedule before the booking feature goes live.
